Update Information:

If you are updating, simply download and re-upload all the .pl files to the cgi-bin and over-ride all the existing ones.  All files need to be re-uploaded!  Dont upgrade if some custom work has been done to the script.  A Full Re-Install is needed if upgrading to Version 1.2.4

- Changed the fix for the banners being deleted using a different
  method of File Locking.  This was causing Banners to be deleted
  and stats not to match up. (Recommend a full re-install for this
  update! Delete everything and start over!)  SORRY!
- Changed the $file_lock = from the admin area configure screen
  to a static setting in the settings.pl file. If you are updating, you
  will need to reinstall completely. Sorry but I dont what this banner
  problem to continue and this should do it.
- Added the ability to use JMail for sending mail in NT/2000 Servers.
  Choose one of the NT Mailers and upload the proper ntmail.pl file
  with the rest of the .pl files.

- Took the <NOLAYERS> from the Generate Code on IFRAMES.  If you have generated code form a previous version of Ads Pro, having the <NOLAYERS>script code</NOLAYERS> will cause the script to count 2 views instead of one.  You can remove these tags form your WebPages.
